A Few Words About Us

Building confidence, creativity, and an innate sense of self-motivation in early childhood.

Fostering Responsible & Socially Aware Young Minds

As we know, a child’s early years are a critical period, not only for academic learning, but for developing life-long skills such as building confidence, creativity, and an innate sense of self-motivation which are all necessary for fostering responsible and socially aware individuals in our communities.

At First Years Montessori, our prepared classroom environments allow children to explore hands-on learning at their own individual pace, developing problem-solving skills, concentration, and emotional resilience.

"We carefully take into consideration the unique needs of your child by creating short-term and long-term goals for continued success and learning."

First Years Montessori is part of the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system — a federal-provincial initiative designed to make high-quality licensed child care more affordable and accessible for families.

Reduced child care fees for eligible families

As a CWELCC-licensed centre, First Years Montessori works alongside the Government of Ontario to lower the cost of child care for families with children under six years of age, while maintaining the same exceptional standard of authentic Montessori education and care that our community has trusted for years.

More Affordable Tuition

Eligible families benefit from reduced, government-supported child care fees for children under six.

Same Quality of Care

CWELCC participation does not change our authentic Montessori pedagogy or dedicated E.C.E. teaching standards.

Ages 10 Months – 6 Years

Eligibility applies to children in our Toddler and CASA Primary programs under six years of age.

Licensed & Registered
